在碾壓瀝青混凝土路面時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)混合料的攤鋪厚度選擇壓路機(jī)的重量、振幅及振動(dòng)頻率。通常，在鋪層厚度小于60mm的薄鋪層上，使用振幅為0.35-0.60mm的2-6t的小型振動(dòng)式壓路機(jī)，這樣可避免出現(xiàn)堆料、起波和損壞骨料等現(xiàn)象；同時(shí)，為了防止瀝青混合料過(guò)冷，應(yīng)在攤鋪之后緊跟著進(jìn)行碾壓。對(duì)于厚度大于100mm的厚鋪層，應(yīng)使用高振幅（可高達(dá)1.0mm）、6-10t的大中型振動(dòng)式壓路機(jī)。

When rolling the asphalt concrete pavement, the weight, amplitude and vibration frequency of the roller shall be selected according to the paving thickness of the mixture. Generally, a small vibratory roller of 2-6t with an amplitude of 0.35-0.60mm is used on a thin pavement with a pavement thickness of less than 60mm, so as to avoid stacking, wave and damage to aggregate; Meanwhile, in order to prevent the asphalt mixture from being too cold, it shall be rolled immediately after paving. For thick layers with thickness greater than 100mm, large and medium-sized vibratory rollers with high amplitude (up to 1.0mm) and 6-10t shall be used.

1、對(duì)于巖石填方壓實(shí)，應(yīng)選用大噸位壓路機(jī)，以便使大型塊料發(fā)生位移；

1. For rock filling and compaction, large tonnage roller shall be selected to displace large blocks;

2、對(duì)于粘土的壓實(shí)，使用凸塊搗實(shí)式壓路機(jī)；

2. For the compaction of clay, use bump tamping roller;

3、對(duì)于混合料的壓實(shí)，選擇振動(dòng)式壓路機(jī)，以便使大小粒料摻和均勻；

3. For the compaction of the mixture, the vibratory roller shall be selected to mix the large and small aggregates evenly;

4、深層壓實(shí)宜采用重型振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)慢速碾壓，淺層則應(yīng)選用靜力作用式壓路機(jī)。

4. Heavy vibratory roller shall be used for slow compaction in deep layer, and static roller shall be used in shallow layer.
